On February 17 the crowd at the venue settled in for a warm, lively evening of short readings and friendly conversation. The Noir at the Bar brings several mystery and crime writers together in a loose, playful format organized by a fellow writer. Puja read a selection from her Ahriman series, offered a few behind-the-scenes anecdotes about craft and character, and answered questions from an engaged audience.
